Production process:

1. Collection, evaluation and classification of tobacco taking into account leaf crown, uniformity, quality and color. The combination of these parameters leads to the division and storage of tobacco into 75 classification grades for Virginia Bright, 22 for Burley and 10 for Kentucky;
2. Preparation of blends with tobaccos with a common qualitative denominator and, in any case, according to the indications that customers provide during their preliminary visits;
3. Beating of tobacco with production of lamina, long and short ribs, scraps and ends.
4. Continuous control, during the production phase, both of the qualitative conformity of the tobacco to the sample prepared with the customer, and of the conformity of the degradation results to the required standards.

Labeling, fumigation, shipping of tobacco in containers or trucks, on customers' instructions.

The processing takes place in three 6-hour shifts, employing 200 people in the autumn-winter period.
